Her previous work experience includes Newmont, CenturyLink (now Lumen Technologies), First Data (now Fiserv), and Washington Mutual Bank (now JPMorgan Chase). She has advised leaders on recognition, performance, base pay, bonus, and long-term incentive programs. She speaks on topics like pay negotiation, difficult conversations, conflict resolution, pay transparency, workplace equity, emotional intelligence, and executive presence. Denise is passionate about maximizing profit, revenue, and impact for employers as a trusted advisor on HR and compensation issues.
