Jeremy Feinstein is a co-founder of Empsight and is heavily involved in survey design, development, marketing, management, analysis and reporting.  Empsight is a leading provider of specialized compensation data for Fortune 500 & large multinational companies.


David Cheatham is an experienced Compensation Strategy and Design consultant, who most recently served as Executive Director Compensation Strategy and Design for ComcastNBCUniversal. He also led the Pay Strategy and Market Analysis function for The Coca-Cola Company
