We invite you and your colleagues to become members of the Compensation and Benefits Network (CBN) of Greater St. Louis. CBN has served compensation and benefits professionals in St. Louis and surrounding areas for over 20 years. More than 150 other professionals in St. Louis are members and receive the following benefits of membership:

Leadership and Administration
Each year the membership will elect a Chair, Secretary/Treasurer, Membership Chair, Program Chair, Education Chair, Ad Hoc Chair and Communications Chair. These officers, plus the Ex-Officio Chair constitute the Steering Committee. The Steering Committee is responsible for organization planning, oversight of committee activities, and all administrative matters. CBN currently employs an Administrative Coordinator to support the Steering Committee in managing ongoing organizational operations.
Program Meeting Schedule
Regular membership meetings are held in September, November, January, March and May. These meetings include a formal presentation and networking opportunities. In addition, supplemental events and activities such as in-depth seminars on current topics, vendor fair and social gatherings are held during the remaining months.

Other Services
CBN publishes a member newsletter every other month. The newsletter regularly includes information about our most recent program, our upcoming program, news about people in the compensation and benefits community, and trends in compensation and benefits locally and nationally.

Membership Options
You receive all of these services as a member of CBN, plus the opportunity to grow personally and professionally. CBN provides a forum to share your experience while gaining from the experiences of other members. Many of our members are leaders in the field and represent the major organizations in the Metropolitan St. Louis area. Your membership will enable you to develop contacts and stay abreast of the latest trends in compensation and benefits. Most members find that CBN proves to be one of their most valuable resources.
The annual professional membership fee is $150. Student memberships are also available at $35. Fees are assessed each program year and to help us offset costs while maintaining our current programs and services including pre-paid attendance for the five program meetings. Along with the CBN programs, you will also receive access to WorldatWork seminars and other events that may be offered at a discount during the year.
As in previous years, you may designate an alternate who may attend program meetings and participate in other member activities in your place. And remember, visitors are always welcome, so bring any co-workers that might be interested in the program topics.
