We invite you and your colleagues to become members of the Compensation and Benefits Network (CBN) of Greater St. Louis. CBN has served compensation and benefits professionals in St. Louis and surrounding areas for over 20 years. Leadership and Administration
Each year the membership will elect a Chair, Secretary/Treasurer, Membership Chair, Program Chair, Education Chair, Ad Hoc Chair and Communications Chair. These officers, plus the Ex-Officio Chair constitute the Steering Committee. The Steering Committee is responsible for organization planning, oversight of committee activities, and all administrative matters. CBN currently employs an Administrative Coordinator to support the Steering Committee in managing ongoing organizational operations.

Program Meeting Schedule
Regular membership meetings are typically held on the second Tuesday in September, November, January, March and May. These meetings include a formal presentation and networking opportunities. Members participate in forums, share best practices and connect with one another to draw upon the accumulation of their diverse expertise to solve common problems and challenges. In addition, supplemental events and activities such as in-depth seminars on current topics, vendor fair or networking opportunities may be held.

CBN provides a forum to share experiences while gaining from the experiences of other members. Most of our members are leaders in the field and represent major organizations in the metropolitan St. Louis area who find that CBN proves to be one of their most valuable resources. Your membership will enable you to develop contacts and stay abreast of the latest trends in total rewards. Members may further develop professionally by participating in and/or leading one of our various committees

In summary, CBN offers:

• A “Premier” membership option providing you with access to all CBN has to offer including full program admission. This package also offers discounts based on the number members per company and term of membership (two years vs. one year)
• A “Standard” discounted membership option providing you with many of the benefits offered by CBN and limited program admission
• A “Pay-as-you-go” option with no annual membership fee, providing you with selected membership benefits and maximum flexibility in attending our programs as your schedule (or the topic) permits.
• Student memberships are also available at $35.00, and the fee can be waived if the student participates on a CBN Committee (typically a 4-6 hour annual commitment)

Fees are assessed each program year to help us offset costs while maintaining our current programs and services. Along with the CBN programs, you will also receive access to WorldatWork seminars and other events that may be offered at a discount during the year.

Visitors are always welcome, so bring any co-workers that might be interested in the program topics.
