Mission Statement The Compensation and Benefits Network of Greater St. Louis (CBN) is an organization of human resource professionals active in compensation and benefits which exists to:
provide a quality local resource for professional growth and enhancement in compensation and benefits
increase the effectiveness of the compensation and benefits professions as an integral part of the management process, and advance the compensation and benefits profession
To accomplish this mission we will:
facilitate professional networking • provide quality informational and education programs
provide opportunities for leadership and active participation in CBN and the compensation and benefits professions • maintain cooperative relationships with the WorldatWork and other human resource organizations
Objective Provide a formal network for compensation and benefits professionals to remain up-to-date on trends and innovations in the compensation and benefits arenas.
Participation and Eligibility Membership is open to any professional who is actively engaged in or responsible for compensation and/or benefits planning, design, administration and consulting.
Programming and Education Topics The Program and Education Committee will periodically survey the membership and select topics of current interest.
